Guilty Gear Isuka

(I played the Steam version, not the PS2 version. I'm just using the PS2 boxart here because I think it looks cool)

I see why a lotta people don't really like this game very much, but to be honest I think it rules. I find the lane and manual turning mechanics to be pretty neat, even though they make some basic tasks more complicated.

The fact that there's up to 4 person simultaneous multiplayer is also pretty cool, even though things oftentimes get really cramped.

Here is a combo I did with a dummy recording in training mode.

The color editor is also a nice addition.

When it comes to this game's exclusive characters, Leopaldon is pretty goofy (and broken because they're a boss character),  I have not messed around with Robo Ky Mk.II yet because it seems like you need to grind to unlock stuff for him. As for the rest of the characters I don't have them unlocked because they're tied to the GG Boost mode, which I'm really bad at.

Most of the stages and music are awesome. I find the May Beach stage to be a little cluttered though, and "Holy Orders?" sucks (intentionally I'm pretty sure, but I don't like listening to it regardless).

My biggest gripe with the game is the U.I. during gameplay, since it's super small and cramped regardless of how many players your playing with.

The training mode control settings also annoy me, since you're required to have the Memory and Change buttons set, leaving you with only 1 button to use as a simultaneous button combination macro, in a game with 8 actions that require simultaneous button combinations. Thankfully, I'm playing on PC, so I'm able to use stuff outside the game to go around this restriction.

To end off, look at these epic Slayer normals.
