OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes

I really like this show. It's maybe one of my favorites even.
I'm a huge sucker for shows that exist just to be fun, especially when they have little to no overarching plot. While OK KO definitely does have overarching narratives, it very much has a status quo of fun.
The world and characters are all so fun and likeable, even when in the most dire of times though, Crinkly Wrinkly shows up lookin' like this.
There are some things I didn't enjoy however.
While I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be the joke to an extent, I didn't like how seriously Boxman Jr. was played up due to how little impact he actually had.

(While I always found it somewhat funny, this design is so much funnier now that I'm looking at it in retrospect.) |
The lowest point for me was probably the arc where Enid goes to college. Enid alone isn't entertaining enough to carry the show alone, and the show knew this so it spent a ton of effort shoehorning K.O. and Rad back into the plot. And the entire conspiracy narrative they had going on for that just wasn't something that really I cared for.
As I said before though, everything eventually just goes back to normal anyways, so I didn't really mind too much.
Both of the crossover episodes,."Crossover Nexus" and "Let's Meet Sonic", were really lackluster. Both episodes kept things really simple, probably because they knew that a ton of thier viewers would be completely new to the show.
Some of my favorite episodes were "You Are Rad" "Stop Attacking The Plazza" and "Villains Night Out". Just so you know, I'm a fan of pretty much anything that prominently features Lord Boxman
Part of me was kinda disappointed that there wasn't any sort of backstory for Boxman, explaining why he hates friendship so much, but the rest of me appreciates that he's just a friendship hating goober.
Lastly I wanna note that I actually did like the story stuff near the end. I can confirm that the titular reveal in "The Big Reveal" sure was a big reveal.
